A number of Colts assigned to Gamma Galaxy underwent Trials of Entry earlier today, fighting against all odds to achieve the coveted title of Mechwarrior. The Colts displayed an impressive showing in terms of combat prowess, but nevertheless, only the elitist warriors break into the ranks of the Gamma Galaxy regulars. As a result of today’s trials, Colt Skunker has earned his position as a Mechwarrior. Please extend your congratulations to this excellent new addition to the Galaxy.

Colts who did not participate tonight will be able to undergo trials on March 15th, at 1900 hours. Colts who were unable to complete their Trial of Entry will be allowed to reattempt in two weeks’ time.

Captured I.S. Omnimech in operation

Gamma Galaxy has engaged and defeated Clan Diamond Shark forces at an undisclosed location. The fight was conducted honorably, and losses for both sides were minimal. Our command and control network in the region has been upgraded to improve response time for further incursions.

Gamma Galaxy has initiated weekly combat trials in order to establish team cohesiveness, discipline, and to encourage esprit de corps. New mechwarriors have been mixed and matched with several different commanders as to provide the most diverse experience in combat tactics. “Only true discipline will endure the rigors of battle,” says Galaxy Commander Sturmadler, “that being said, Gamma Galaxy benefits from an excellent command and control network as well as talented personnel.”

Leaders of Gamma Galaxy look forward to it’s continued combat trials in preparation for future campaigns within the Inner Sphere.
